It is warm but not quite as warm as I had hoped. It is completely waterproof, and has performed well with that. The color (I ordered the tan) was MUCH darker than the picture. I probably would not have bought it in person. But, it is warm enough and has fleece around the neck and in the pockets which is nice. For the price, I am fine with it.

The bottom, at the hips, was WAY too small. I couldn't start the zipper. I am not young, but my body is not out of control, yet the proportions on this jacket are not for the "womanly".
