So So for price and features By Prepared for any conditions from malden, Ma on 03/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Waterproof Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It seems like an OK jacket, butit doesn't have a double front zipper and other features that a jacket at its orginal price should have. Like Marmot features much better.
By Boston skier from Massachusetts on 02/25/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lots of great pockets, Ski helmet fits, Waterproof Best Uses: Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have not worn it yet, so I don't know if it is breathable or water poof. But the jacket has lots of great features, tons of pockets inside and out, helmet compatable hood. What it does not have is a double front zipper, and the pit zips are small, and it has no powder skirt(does have draw cords on waist and bottom hem though).
By Huck from Columbia, MD on 02/23/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Extreme Conditions, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket appears to be well made. It is a shell, so you will need a fleece underneath for added warmth (when needed).
I have purchased several Ground clothes over the years and find them very durable and in style.
Well-built coat with tons of features By Backcountry sociologist from Sheboygan, WI on 02/23/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Extreme Conditions, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Well-built coat with tons of pockets and features. Seems breathable, have yet to test the waterproofing. The coat is a tad on the heavy side, but an excellent storm shell. I'm looking forward to getting it out skiing and ice climbing.
