By Imaginary Friend from Enumclaw, WA on 11/20/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Insulating, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have another pair of Smartwool ski socks that are cushioned all over and I found were perfect for camping. These ones are more specifically cushioned in the calf and foot area for skiing. I really like that, because they help protect my legs, but don't add the bulk in my boot. I haven't tried these out yet, but I've had others in the past and loved them. A good ski sock is worth so much more than these cost. Smartwool is the best for durability, comfort and style.
By Deborah from Olympia, WA on 11/17/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Insulating, Lightweight Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I need a compression sock for lymphedema. These are not high compression like a Rx product, but they're enough for casual wear and nice and warm (without being TOO warm) for winter. I have other Smartwool socks and love them!
