The one I ordered was larger than expected, but I had a tailor narrow it across the shoulders and absolutely love it now. Soft and warm and less stiff-looking than in the photo.
Two buttons fell off almost immediately but nothing a needle and cotton won't fix; otherwise it seems well made.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This coat has a fantastic look and feel. I've been searching for over two years for a coat like this. The fit is perfect, almost as if it were tailored for me (I'm 5'10", thin to average build). The only part that looks as if it may wear out is the lining on the inside. It seems very thin.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The coat has a very nice, distinctive pattern, but the sizing for my item was way off--much too big in the shoulders, chest, sleeve length, etc. Hopefully, this one was a fluke and the rest are fine, but I can't recommend it at the current price.
