No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
This was a great shoe. However, I walked mainly on a rubberized track or asphalt and the bottom tread wore down in 6 months and I am looking for another pair of shoes.

Great shoe possible sizing problem
By H. from South Dakota on 10/28/2009
Pros:
Arch Support, Breathable, Comfortable/No Break-In
Best Uses:
Everyday
Describe Yourself:
Gym Rat, Recreational Walker/Hiker
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I felt they ran true to size. I ordered a 1/2 size up because of reviews and feel they are alittle large. I wonder if the sizing is consistent after reading others that were having trouble with them running small. Great shoe would recommend if you can find the right size. Great value and love the lacing system.

Odd lacing system
By Tracy from San Diego, CA on 10/05/2009
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Shoe comfortable enough but the lacing system is a knob on the heel. Cool concept but awkward positioning. It sticks out way too much and can easily be caught or banged when hiking or running.

I read these shoes would be comfortable right out of the box and they did not disappoint. Just make sure you order a half size larger than normal. Wonderful shoe even if you can't wear them in the rain.

Great shoe right out of the box. I usually wear Sauconys but thought I'd try something different. No blisters, no problems, no break in. I am 60 yr old short to mid distance runner, these are perfect for me. Have bought 3 more pairs now.

Great for over-pronators, but I learned that I am not one of them. BOA is fabulous, I am so sorry that they did not work out!
