By kcjeaner from Newton, IA on 01/20/2009 Pros: Arch Support, Breathable, Comfortable/No Break-In, Great Traction, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: All Weather Conditions, At The Gym, Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain Describe Yourself: Gym Rat, Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore these around the house to break them in...expecting that typical soreness of wearing shoes for the first time. Nothing! I wore them to the gym the next day, did some treadmill/eliptical and a little circuit training. No soreness whatsoever. I love the BOA lacing system. I didn't even realize what that meant until I got them in the mail. There are no shoe laces. It's like a wire that you tighten with a knob on the back of the shoe. I was skeptical that they would come loose when working out but they hold tight to whatever setting you put them on. For the price,I wish I would have bought them in the green color too. Also, the ice blue is a good color, which is what I purchased them in.
