Very Confortable, but kind of bulky... By Tea Time from New York, NY on 10/31/2009 Pros: Absorb shock heel, Breathes Well, Comfortable, Stable, Warm, Well Made Cons: A little larger, Bulky Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Good quality searcher, Stylish Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They are very comfortable, the bottom of the boots including the heels have great shocker absorb.First time trying out Josef Seibel and I'm impressed with its well made. A lot lighter weight compared to other boots that I have worn. Only thing is that its size is a little larger, so you may want to order half a size smaller. Since my feet is size 5, and that is the smallest size available, I just have to wear a little thicker hiking type of socks or double layered tights when wearing. Some other reviews mention that around the calf area feels thinner etc. I personally don't find that at all. It is rather larger size around the feet and it has enough room around ankle and calf as well. Since its waterproofed, I wear them in the rain, and they are fine and great. I'm pleased to find a good quality women shoes brand.
A big fan of Joseph Seibel's By Syd from San Jose, CA on 03/30/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Still deciding. I'm wearing them around the house, hoping they'll stretch a little bit. I've always stood by Seibel's, they're my only work shoe as I manage a restaurant and am on my for 10 hours a day.
Not for really wide calves By Lemony from Pasadena, MD on 03/10/2009 Cons: Too Stiff, Uncomfortable, Unstable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots look good and are the style I wanted to wear with jeans and skirts, but the cut is not right for a really wide calf. My wider calf is 14" and did not fit in this boot. The ankle part of the boot's shaft has a lot of seaming and makes for a very stiff boot. I decided to try the boots based on a review from someone else with wide calves who said they were just right. They were not just right for me. Overall, though, they are nice boots, and I'd have liked to have been able to keep them.
By ShoeHoarder247 from Youngstown,OH on 02/24/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Going Out, Office Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Really attractive. Seibel are usually true to size and need no break in time but these are about a half size too small in Width and Length. Generous calf for muscular gals. Sad they didn't quite fit so sent back with an easy return and credit.

They are very comfortable. I want to get a black pair now too.
Too Short to be Considered By Girl Who Follows Karma from Oak Ridge, TN on 02/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy To Clean, Stable Cons: Short awkward height Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Very comfortable, well-made boots, but not very trendy. Also, the boots are an awkward height; they come to about mid-calf on me. Of course, I have long legs; they would probably be okay for someone shorter.
By the nance from los angeles, ca on 01/29/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Office Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Stylish Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: really cute boots; size was way too small but that is often the issue in converting american/euro sizes.
By Golden Star from Golden, CO on 01/25/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Stylish Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The brown is more of a very dark chocolate. It's a cute, comfortable boot but lacked the stylish factor I like. The ankle area was extreemly roomy and not taperd to the ankle which I didn't like. I'll stick to my current Pikolino boots and return these.
