But, I had to remove the footbeds because they were too sticky and the shoe did not have much internal height. So i replaced it with some thinner footbeds in order to just get my foot in it. I have very low-volume feet and these are the first shoes I've ever worn that feel too tight.

I ended up returning them and I love simple shoes. I knew they would be boxy but they were very boxy. They also were different than other simple shoes because they had a pretty durable bottom that would last awhile. I was impressed, I just couldn't make them look good with anything.

The width around the arch is a little tight, but as I have woren them the leather has lossened up. I really love the look and style of the shoes. Overall I am very pleased!

I returned them and didn't reorder as I really didn't know what size I would wear.

When in doubt, order the next 1/2 size up, especially if you will be wearing thick socks. Excellent value!
