By Running Mama from Davis, CA on 12/22/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Cold Weather, Competition, Running Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these for running, but they tend to slide down a little and I find I have to shimmy them up while I'm running. It's not that their too big, but I think just the way they fit my body (maybe my behind is a little too big!). But they are very comfortable as far as being light and breathable.

New Balance Reach Tights -- a problem? By running wolf from New York, N.Y. on 12/20/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Loose baggy -lower leg, Poor Craftsmanship, Poor Fit, Too long Best Uses: Cold Weather, Competition, Gym, Running Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These tights would be my favorite if they weren't baggy from the lower leg all the way down. And I have to turn them in because they are too long. I am average height - 5'5". That said, I like them for a first layer in cold weather, and for yoga, working out, hanging out. They are very comfortable and attractive.
I would definitely recommend these except for the above-mentioned flaws. Perhaps they are "2nds" although this was not stated in the information about the product.
By Jolene the runner from Austin, Texas on 12/15/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Cold Weather, Gym Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These aren't tights - they're pants. Was looking for a pair of snug-fit tights to run in 30-40 degree weather in Texas - these aren't that at all. Much lighter weight & looser in the fit than I expected; will keep them for an after run layer or going to the gym, but don't think they'll log running miles. I think they'll be useful and would recommend them for what they are, not for what the website says they are.
By Jen from Philadelphia on 12/03/2008 Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Though it says that these are spandex tights, what I received was loose-fitting running pants.

By Liz the Triathlete from Salt Lake City, UT on 11/10/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a good lightweight tight for slightly cool days or to wear under rain gear for sloshy days. Good value for the money
By tylik from Cleveland, OH on 11/09/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Sturdy Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good basic long tights, feel nice and sturdy. A very minor tendency to gather at the knee (but I have very muscular calves which might make this worse) and the waist is a little looser than I'd like, though the rest of the fit is good and the waist does have a drawstring.
