The manufacurer's tag in the garment clearly reads "100% polyester". The shirt is comfortable and breathes well. Sized for a relaxed fit. So if you like a trim/athletic cut, go down one size.

Unfortunatly it did not fit me very well. I suggest purchasing a size smaller then what you would normally get. I usually get a large, but the body was very large and the neck opening was also excessive. The best thing about this shirt is that the sleeves were extremely long. I have very long arms and the sleeves came within an inch of my knuckles. I did not want to take a chance that the medium would be too small so I sent it back.

I'm 6'2" and usually have trouble finding long sleeve shirts that fit. Most often the shirt sleeves are not long enough. This shirt, however, fits me perfectly. I think it is a high quality garment and will be excellent for running. The Birch color is a nice change from all the usual colors that populate this type of attire. Very good product overall.

He plays a lot of Lacrosse and snowboards. This is a nice soft base layer that allows for easy movement. It is also nice enough though to wear on it's own. Sizing is a little large. Order one size down.
