I remember reading a review by a shopper who sent it back because the sleeves are so short, and she didn't think it flattered her upper arms. Try it over a slim turtleneck, looks great!

I wish I could have kept it, but the sleeve proportions are just a little awkward for the shape and contour of my upper arms. My arms are long, and not flabby, but not "buff," either; and the design of the little flared cap sleeve was sufficiently unflattering to me that I know I would feel funny wearing this. If you have extremely slender and very well-toned arms, and are looking for something a little out of the ordinary, this may be for you.
