I wear a 7.5-8B. Bought these in medium and they are perfect. The sole is really nice, too. I've had problems with a nonsupportive sole from Acorn in all of their moccasin styles, but I believe these will take some serious wearing. I would recommend these to anyone except those with really narrow feet.

The interior sheepskin wore down to nothing in about a month. This style type of slipper seems to be a bit noisy on the floor since they fit like a mule shoe & not a snug fitting slipper. They are comfortable & warm but I would not buy this style again. Go for the full slipper by acorn.
