Comments: I live in Berkeley where it is foggy, windy , cool and at times rainy. I like to be able to wear a vest underneath so I ordered a larger size to make sure it was possible.. and glad I did. Wisely cut and the attention to construction detail is impeccable..the best part is the fabric is matte & silent --not crinkely and shiney.
