disappoiting fit and performance By Ski Mommy from Alexandria VA on 02/21/2009 Cons: Didn't wick away sweat, Kept my feet wet, One pair shrunk a lot Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I used these socks for skiing under my usual cotton?/spandex ski socks. My feet got sweaty and my socks got wet and my feet got cold by lunch time. At lunch I took my boots off and warmed up. The socks dried and were OK until they eventually got wet again.
I bought two pairs, one was smaller than the other to start off and then shrunk to kid sock size. The other ones were true to size. I would not buy these again or recommend them. I was disappointed in the product and its performance.

By MN trekker from southern MN on 02/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Hiking, Snow Shoeing, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I hadn't heard of sock liners until this year! I'm hoping these will help prevent the blisters that plague me after even a short time on snow shoes in the same boots I use for hiking with little problem. They fit well and keep me warm better than a single sock layer. Too soon to know if they will really work or how they well wear, although they seem sturdy enough. Great price made me willing to take a chance.

By K-man from Westchester, NY on 02/09/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Never used a liner before but I purchased new boots and heard you would not get blisters if you wear a liner with a hiking sock. So far, so good.
Polypropylene Liner Socks By Patrick from Atlanta, GA on 02/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Backpacking, Daily Use, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Does not stay in place on foot. Tends to slide side to side, and back, pulling on toes. Thin enough to layer with, but challenging to do so without keeping it comfortably in place.

good performance, poor fit By Dutchlegs from Lakewood, Ohio on 02/02/2009 Cons: Bunches Up, Top of sock is too tight, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Cycling, Daily Use, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: the liner really wicks under my favorite wool socks but these look like they're designed to fit my skinny 12 year old's legs. They slid down and let a painful dent all the way around my calf. Ow!
