By Ryka Lover from N.W. Indiana on 03/30/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I loved these so much that I purchased several pairs, for back ups, just in case they get discontinued. I have arthritis and appreciate the cushioning they provide for my joints. Also, they really help support my flatter arches, and aid in my foot, leg, and knee alienment. If you use thin socks, they fit, but thicker athletic socks need a half size larger.
