Fantastic quality and a great price By 12,00 feet from HUDSON, OHIO on 07/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Load, Good Padding, Highly Adjustable, Large Capacity, Lightweight Best Uses: Day Hikes, Extended Hikes, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: What a great application for my 12 year old son, just enough room and easy to hike with. The overall quality is far superior to many other high end technical brands. This product was well thought out and is great for high climbs when ice and snow are involved.More than lives up to its promise and is unsurpassed in overall performance. I bought the small size but the larger sizes are just as great.

It held clothing and some supplies. We stayed in the lodge, so we didn't need camping gear. The bag suited our purpose well. It was a good value for the money.

I am a outdoor gear head and have tons of MH products; hats, glooves, coats, etc. Having bought Lowe Alpine for back packing, this was a great deal and very good product. The waise belt was very important as I have a bad back. MH nailed it! Lots of room and flexibility. Really like!
Perfect Overnight or Weekend Pack By PA Mountainman from Stuck in Iowa on 02/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding, Highly Adjustable, Lightweight Best Uses: Day Hikes, Travel, Weekend Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got a great deal on this pack! It is absolutely perfect for that overnight to two-night adventures. If you are looking for something for a mountain ascent, go with a larger pack (foray). This a quick trip, out the door, just need something to carry the basics. Only one entrance to the interior of the pack, so as long as you pack intelligently, that is all that you need! I will get a lot of use out of this, from hiking to climbing!

Got it for my boyfriend and it fits his long torso great. Really adjustable to go from a large pack to a smaller pack. Only compliant is it is going to be hard if we are rock climbing with the pack on because the shoulder straps cut into your neck... other than that it is a great pack!
