By Lab Lover from Atlanta, GA on 09/21/2008 Describe Yourself: Professional Pet Trainer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We used this product for traveling between GA, where we currently reside, and VT, where we are from. With our 15 month lab in tow, we have spent a couple weeks using this product while at my parents' house. This kennel is used for travel purposes only as we have a standard kennel at our house. This product has worked very well for it's intended purpose, to be used as a short term, traveling kennel.
By Bosko's Owner from Knoxville, TN on 08/31/2008 Pros: Easy Assembly, Easy to Transport, Effective, Lightweight, Safe Best Uses: Auto Travel, Large Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: With no disrespect to Texas & Maine above, this crate worked very well on our recent trip. Bosko the bearded collie is not lazy, nor is he a lightweight at 65 pounds, but he is trained well. He was crate trained as a pup and understands that it is his "room." This crate is lightweight, easy to store and travel with, and effective for us.

By Cy from Texas & Maine on 08/02/2008 Pros: Easy To Assemble, Lightweight, Stows Easily Describe Yourself: Long-Time Pet Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: My 3 year old, 70 lb Lab as always been kept in a wire crate when we go out or at work. Tried this fabric and screen crate at our summer place and it worked well the first few days.
Yesterday she greeted me at the door after forcing the zipper apart. Today I turned the zipper side to the wall and went out for a few hours. Again I returned to a happy dog at the door after tearing the screen on the non zippered side.
My Lab need something stronger.
