The cotton of this sweater is heavy and is not a summer sweater but rather a spring or fall sweater. Its a perfect fit and will look great with a simple black silk skirt or slacks. I always favor blue and this sweater is two glorious hues of blue. I like that the weight of the w sweater is one that will straddle the seasons of winter to summer and again summer to winter. I also love the cut of the sweater - the V neck is very flattering.

In Michigan it gets very cold and this was not a warm sweater. Did not flatter me. Very light blue color.
