By Dark and Nightshade from Portland, OR on 02/20/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Unique Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this and the Santoku knife at the same time - love them more than the twins. A word of caution - the full length of the blades are sharp unlike most kitchen knives where the blade is left dull next to the handle. The way I usually hold a kitchen knife to cut an apple left me with a bloody thumb.

It is easy to clean, easy to handle. It's a good size to be an all around kitchen knife.
I'd like to get more.

By jpendle from Boston, MA on 12/31/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Very sharp Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I find myself reaching for this knife more than any other. It's exceedingly sharp and very light. There's enough room under the handle that it works well for chopping as well as slicing, and there's nothing better for trimming meat. I'm delighted!
