No warmth or weather protection - but bright, high visability. It is really thin material so we will see how it wears, but it is easy to put on and take off. Thankfully the material is stretchy - this was an XLarge and I would not want it any smaller on my golden retriever.

the yellow color and two reflective stripes are good for walking the dogs in the morning before the sun rises. There are no sidewalks-need to walk on street.
i would rate it 3 and a half. it is a large-not extra large.

Highly visible color doesn't fade with washing. Reflective tape also helps make this a great product. Very easy to put on and take off.

Looks bright, stays in place. Does tend to make my dog look a bit goofy, but that's to be expected when clothing a dog.
