He won't admit it, but he has worn it daily since I bought it (spring). He runs track and it's perfect to wear after running. He also wears it to school with a long sleeved tee underneath. He can wear it in the rain as well. Good stuff!!! Very pleased. And it looks sharp and sporty, and wears well.
By BWN from Ct on 03/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Chest too tight for me, most XL does fit me, a little overweight but....
The bottom of one of the pocket zippers pulled apart the first time I used it. Returned it.
By Road Warrior from New England on 02/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I do a lot of driving in New England in the winter and this jacket is perfect while in the car (not bulky). It is not to warm when driving but warm enough when stopping for gas, etc... "Just Right"!
By BOB from Cincinnati, OH on 02/25/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is well thought out with a some extra material in the tail for when you are sitting or bending over, hidden elastic cords to cinch up the bottom, and pretty stretchy. It is a very thin jacket so its easy to pack or carry along with you, but that also makes it not very warm. It makes a great outer layer to block the wind and shed the elements though
By old guy from Pacific Northwest / Cascade Mtns on 01/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Windproof Best Uses: Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A great light layer for being active, with good wind resistance, also does well in light rain/misty conditions. I have used this for very foul weather hiking, nordic skiing, running, paddling. Makes an especially good layer for nordic skiing in the 25-35 degree F range, or under a goretex shell for nasty conditions. True to size, but having said that, a form-fitting cut.
By Old and Bold from Covina, Ca on 12/12/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping, Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the 4-way stretch and slim fit. Construction and materials are 1st rate. If I had to nitpick I would eliminate the velcro straps at the wrists as they impede when worn as a base layer, but that is a very minor. All in all a great product at a great price.
