By John H from Boston MA on 09/11/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Stylish, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking, Mountaineering Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer, Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bridgedale is a step above Smartwool. I've noticed that for $1 more per pair, you get a completely different class of workmanship, quality and durability. No pilling, no bunching, no holes after years of use and a better fit around the ankle.
By Firefighter Dan from Lincoln, NE on 09/11/2007 Cons: Not good at wicking away Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer, Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: very nice socks but unfortunatly does not compare that highly to smart wool socks. These don't wick away as much moisture as I would like but still good ones for everyday use.
