Even when being part of the audience in huge, unheated arena and listening for hours.
By Skibunny from Southern California on 06/08/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The suggestion to order a half size larger was just right. A perfect fit. The boots are a little bit bulky to fit under your winterpants' legs, but are easy to tuck skinny jeans or leggings into.
Nice boot, but smells funny By In Search of Waterproof Boot from Chicago, IL on 03/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Returned because smell, Rubber sole smells bad Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really liked the boot. I let it sit out of the box for 2 days. It has an odor that smells like a farm. I could not get past it so I returned them.
By Florida girl from Gainesville, FL on 03/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these boots. They kept me warm at all times in Colorado. We were in a group of 17 people and everyone complained about cold toes. I wore thin socks and was warm the whole time! They are stylish, light weight, and easy to put on.
Wonderful boots! Highly recommended! By michigander from Ann Arbor, MI on 02/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I find that these boots are true to size, and in fact DO have good traction. I live in Michigan. I wore my new boots in a snowstorm and they kept my feet warm and dry. In the aftermath of freezing and thawing, these boots were champs. I haven't slipped at all on my icy driveway and I have tested them on lots of icy patches, just to be sure. I don't even notice that these boots are on my feet which I think is a good measure of a fine fit. They have moderate arch support - I have a very high arch -and my feet don't get tired in these boots. Also, they look nice! The laces provide some choice as to how tightly or loosely you want them to hug your calf. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
By winter walker from Ann Arbor, MI on 02/19/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are very warm and well made and they are true to size!!! Yippee! This is my 2nd pair of ULUs - the best brand of boots ever. I wear a size 7 and these fit me perfectly with about a half thumb space left at the toe. They are well made, beautiful and supportive. I have high arches and these are perfect. The laces don't come up as high as the top of the boot, but I still like them a lot.
By Carol Weekender from Little Rock, AR on 02/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Fit well, comfortable, and look good too! The laces might be a bit of a problem for more action sports where you wouldn't want to get them tangled up in anything, but they are perfect for my needs.

They slip on and off easily. They are stylish, warm, and good in bad weather conditions. I live in Maine. The weather in the winter can be severe or mild. These work in both! I recomend them.
By M.L . from Arizona on 01/21/2009 Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are super cute. I would say that the sizing recommendation to order a half size larger is wrong. I normally wear a size 6, I ended up ordering a 6 1/2 and my heel kept slipping up, even with thick socks. I have a very average type foot, not wide or narrow. I would say if you tend to be wide go up half a size, but if you are average just stick to your normal size. These boots worked great with snow pants. I wore them with jeans, but I have to say that they arent really tall enough to tuck your pants in properly. They also have a wide opening up top. The laces don't really allow you to tighten them up as much as you would think. I wore them to play in the snow this past weekend. The traction was great in the snow, but didn't have good traction on icy spots. I kept slipping. They are however very warm, my feet were not cold at all! And for the most part very comfortable, except for my heel slipping up. I sprayed them with a suede waterproofer and they did not get wet or ruined in the ice or snow.I am actually returning them and trying out a pair of Sorel. I hope they work out better.Hope this helps out anyone considering these boots.

I would not mess them up going to a slushy ski area. Great quality, fashionable.
