By Linda from Rochester NY on 12/10/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Daily Use, Hiking, Horseback riding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bridedale socks are great. I bought my first pair at a horse show a few years ago. The vender told me that they would become my favorite socks and he was right. I use them for winter horseback riding in upstate NY. They have many different weights for different purposes. They are warm, soft and wear like iron. I use my Bridgedales as slippers around the house, all day, and have yet to wear a pair out. I wear a size 8 shoe and usually opt for size small.
