By Jummy from Alaska on 10/25/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Running, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I don't have large arms, but the medium was still too tight, especially above the elbows. I was also looking for something considerably warmer. I can't really say how well they would work for sports like running or cycling - as I really wanted something to wear under a jacket to give more warmth to the jacket sleeves.
Forget these if you lift weights By dunkergirl from Okinawa, Japan on 10/05/2009 Pros: Snug Fit, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cycling, Layering, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are my first armwarmers and I am going to keep them even though I am afraid they are too tight in the biceps (I am fit but not "buff"). I've had the same pinching occur with some grips on bike shorts. The length is adequate for my long arms, I love the lime color, and the price is great-so I plan to stretch them out before use.

By Pixie from Auburndale, FL on 12/10/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Snug but not too snug, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'll use these armwarmers mostly for biking but I may try them for running. The color I chose is magenta. They match one of my bike club jerseys perfectly - couldn't get any better. I really love them and hope I'll be able to use them often. They're compact enough to roll or fold up and stuff in my fanny pack when it warms up on a ride.
