By abandon you car from oak creek, co on 10/13/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Great Color, Quality Material Cons: Exposed seams in the legs Best Uses: Apre velo, Commuter bike, Mountain bike Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Comfort freak Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are a great deal. Cut the liner chamois out and add to your liner chamois collection (turn any shorts into riding shorts)- then these super sweet stretchy capris can be used over any/ all chamois' you have or with undies apre velo. They are super comfy and perform well on the trail- I would not like them on a longer road ride because of all the seams exposed inside the legs. These really are super sweet off-road and commuter wear.
By whapang from Centennial, CO on 08/28/2009 Pros: Adjustable waist, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Quality Material Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports, Travel Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these pants at regular retail cost (more than double the listed price here) and I don't even feel bad about it! These are very comfortable to wear as every day capris and also has the bike short layer that you can wear with them. I have a curvy figure and often have the gap at the waist problem but these have the adjustable waist (from the inside so you can not tell). It allows me to sinch up the waist to fit me perfect! They are made of a very thin, fast dry, material and are VERY comfortable. I have a black pair and the stitching is white; I like the effect, but I can see where some may not. I was hoping to find another pair on this website and was excited to see another color but alas, they don't have my size. I go biking (with the liner), hiking, canoeing, or hang around the house in them. They are not dress up pants, but I feel good in almost any casual setting in them (then again, I live in Colorado so most places are casual). I do not wear them to the office or out to a nice dinner but I go shopping and about town in them without feeling out of place.
I love these pants their the best By diver from napa ca on 08/26/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, Great Color, Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Casual Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use them to mountain bike four hours or more foe each ride I dont even know i have them on wish I could find a sports bra that could do that
By aMazonica from Durango, CO on 08/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Color Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These capris are very comfortable. There's a button-tab waist adjustment inside that lets you tighten the waist by buttoning it on a different slot. The fabric is durable, medium weight and stretchy. The bike short liner is very comfy and easily removed by cutting a small loop. My inseam is 33" and these fall just below my knee, not a true "capri". I've gotten many compliments on them!
By sister from Wisconsin on 08/05/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual, Eclectic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these capris for bicycling. I only kept them because they were 65% off. Styling of capri is nice but would like a pocket by the cuff for a key. The fabric is too thin. Without any weight to it it has no drape as it hangs below the thighs. I do not agree that they go from bike path to town. Would like the chamois to be thinner and made with a liner short fabric that has only a small percentage of spandex. This is as comfortable as wearing a girdle with a folded diaper on the bottom. Sort of looks like it too. Yuck. As an alternative the Eddie Bauer UPF Performance Stretch Nylon Capri and Moving Comfort's Bermuda Bermuda short are both awesome.
By vita from Santa Cruz, ca on 07/20/2009 Cons: Irregular Fit, Uncomfortable Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The sizing was very small and I had to return them. Bike pants should stretch and be comfortable. These were very tight around the crotch even without the liner. I liked the idea of a capri that looked more like normal clothes, but I'll stick with the lycra ones.
By BrandAmp from Salida, CO on 07/19/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable Cons: Padding a bit lighweight Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Eclectic, Sexy, Trendy Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Lovin' 'em so far just wish the padding was a bit beefier. i'm on the cusp sm/med and ordered med which are a bit roomier than i might hope but not enough to send back. rides well.
By Hybrid Biker from Bainbridge Island, WA on 07/13/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports Describe Yourself: Casual, Trendy Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a more recent version of these capris and I love them! These plum colored ones are great too. However the fabric is not as stretchy, so I needed a size larger than the pair I already owned. Also, FYI Sierra, they are not as advertised; the liner is not removable, but has permanent loops sewn together connecting the pant to the short. You have to cut these to wear separately! The newer version I have has a snap loop system so you can attach/detach the 2 pieces. Not a big deal really, as I usually wear them as separate pieces unattached.
Worth it just for the liner By Biker Girl from Oregon on 06/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Color, Quality Material Best Uses: Mountain biking Describe Yourself: Avid biker Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these capris for mountain biking on cooler days and they work great. The material is nice, light weight, and stretchy and the liner is very high quality and comfortable without being bulky. The liner I have been able to take out and use with other shorts and tights, making this buy an especially good value.
They are not as form-fitting as I would like since they are cut a little bigger in the hips and thighs than I need (I normally wear a size 4 pants and got size small in these capris). Otherwise they are a very comfortable and functional item. I love the dusty plum color, too.
Great capris and great liner By csfolks from Asheville,m NC on 06/16/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, Great Color, Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Casual, Classic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am enjoying the capris. The inner liner is the SheBeast quality I know and expect. The capris are fun and a different look than baggy shorts.
