By MJ from Reno, NV on 07/27/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Nice Color, Stylish, Versatile Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been trying for years to replace my spandex Nike bike shorts purchased in 1990 with something a little more up-to-date, with pockets, a low rise, good padding that doesn't feel too bulky. These are IT. They look great, feel great - lots of perfectly placed padding. The outer short can be worn on its own.
By cyndi from Ogden, ut on 07/21/2009 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: did not like them after wearing them. the short is too short, they ride up when riding and the liner hangs out when walking around. I would have liked if the short was 3 inches longer.
By Plain white T's from Michigan on 06/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Stylish Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wish that I would have ordered both colors. I really like these shorts for cycling.
Great shorts for the price By Tracy from Minneapolis, MN on 05/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Nice Color, Stylish, Versatile Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice lightweight shorts. I cut out the liner and haven't used it yet - but I think it will be very useful to use under any other shorts as well.

They both love the fit and style of the shorts. Wish they came in more colors.
By Holly's mom from Springfield, MO on 05/25/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Nice Color, Stylish, Versatile, Washes Well Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been struggling to find stylish bike shorts with a longer leg length that are actually flattering -- these are definitely it! I love the gray color, but will probably buy more pairs in all the colors. These are truly the best bike shorts I've tried.
By YETI Betty from Steamboat Springs, CO on 05/18/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Nice Color, Stylish, Versatile, Washes Well Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: comfortable and flattering fit. Great price!
Great for mountain biking By grad student from NY on 05/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a curvy size 8. Listening to the other reviews, I ordered up and got a size 10-12. The fit is a little baggier than I would like (it would probably look cuter if it was a little tighter), but unlike some of the other reviewers, I find them perfect for mountain biking. I also like the inner shorts a lot.
Really great multi-purpose cycling short By Anne from New England on 04/27/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Flattering, Stylish, Versatile, Washes Well Best Uses: Casual Wear, Commuting Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these shorts for cycling to/from work or around with the family. The chamois is terrific. The undershorts snap in and out, so I can wear them with long pants in the AM and shorts when I bike home at night. (Or long pants in colder weather - It's really like two products in one.) Never do my colleagues see me in spandex! Also great for cycling with the family when my butt needs extra padding (usually post race) and their butts don't. Sizing is typical for Shebeest (not crazy European race sizing).
Comfy, stretchy, wide-leg shorts By Trail Girl from Florida on 04/22/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High Quality, Nice Color, Washes Well Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these for mountain biking. The fabric is lightweight without being sheer, cool, comfy and fast-drying. The rise is perfect - not too low. BUT the legs are too wide for my small frame, and the extra fabric sometimes catches on my bike saddle. Would work and look better on someone with meatier thighs. The liner is super comfortable, but as the other reviewer mentioned, it's a bit long for the shorts.
