I have invested in several pair. The sizing is a little odd but ordering the equivalent of a half a size up from my regular size worked out well on my MBT purchases. If you are unsure about the investment, don't be. These are so comfortable.

The previous reviews had given me a heads up to order 1/2 to 1 size larger. I usually wear a 5 1/2 but the 6 fits perfectly. The balance takes a little getting used to but my feet feel great at the end of the day:-)

I have been having some lower back issues and these shoes have really helped! Everyone asks about them.

I am disappointed in the product. I thought it would help with strengthing back muscles and it really has not. The sneakers are heavy not light weight and they were easy to get accustomed to but i would not recommend them. I do not like them and I would return them if I could get my money back because they are useless. I am very dissappointed in the quality as well. They get dirty very easily and they do not increase muscle tone if you are already in shape they do nothing for you.

This is the first pair I've owned, but have researched them for a while and have met several people who have highly recommended them. I ordered up 1/2 size as recommended and they are fine. Little to no break in time, and they are fun to walk in. I'm looking forward to returning to work (I'm a teacher) to see how they hold up to the long hours ...and very active hours, I spend on my feet. Sierra Trading was awesome to work with, and their attention to details and pricing can't be beat.

I only use them for my daily 4 mile walk and they should last longer than a year. The sole of the heel wore down to nothing.

These are a bit on the narrow side. I can only wear thin socks with them, as opposed to other styles. Once you wear MBT's you can not wear anything else! SO supportive..nothing comes close in my book.. worth the money. In fact both my husband and I wear them, and even get them resoled.
