I bought the 1/2 size larger = 6 USA

It was wide enough & just a hair smaller than a 5.5 But after a few times of wearing should break in to a perfect fit.

You HAVE to go up a 1/2 size of your most comfortable USA size fit.. dont try to squeese smaller just because its in Stock.

Since wearing these shoes I have very little (or no) back pain, knee pain or feet pain. I would recommend these shoes to anyone. Worth every dollar. I bought 1/2 size larger than I normally would and they fit well.

I have bad knees and a bad back and am usually hurting after walking or standing for more than an hour. I walked a 5K in these shoes and was ready for another round - no pain at all. AND, I could feel the muscles in my legs getting more exercise than they normally would. I also wore them on the elliptical and felt like I was exercising the muscles more than with normal sports shoes.
