These shoes seem to distribute body weight more evenly, so my toes hurt less. I have used them on an indoor track and on pavement. Could not wear them all day, but like them as exercise equipment. As a bonus, they force you to have good posture!

Before I purchased these shoes my knees and heels were really bothering me. Now that I am wearing these shoes my knees and heels are fine. If you are on feet your quite a bit, I highly recommend MBT's.
