By Kat from Charlottesville, Va on 01/20/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They were too small, so I returned them. I bought another pair of MBT's at the same size, and they fit fine. These also had a lot of mesh on the uppers, and I wonder how long they would last with normal wear.

PAIN FREE SHOES AT LAST!!! By Happy Feet from Tempe, Arizona on 01/19/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Increases Energy, Pain Free Walking Cons: Limited use bc of styles, Little variety, More styles Best Uses: After surgery, Endurance Training, Everyday wear, Pavement, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Since botched hammer toe surgery I've been in pain both on & off my feet. Consequently in other "comfort" shoes my toes hurt, they got constant callouses etc.
MBT PROS:
1) The rocker bottom shoe design has LITERALLY changed my life. I can enjoy walking, jogging etc again.
2) No more need for my orthopedic insoles!!!
3) Arthritic feet don't hurt in these shoes; no stress on the feet!
4) Creates naturally good posture for the wearer & increases energy
4) Great for those w/ arthritis who have trouble rising from chairs
CONS:
1) Need more styles, colors, materials-example: casual flats, Mary Janes, one color styles (black leather for instance)
2) The MBT logo needs to be toned down unless they are marketing
to kids

By Ruby from Oxford, MS on 12/30/2008 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Endurance Training, Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes are extremely unattractive, but the benefits you get from wearing them well outweigh the ugly factor. I followed the recommendations and wore them for half an hour the first day, while vacuuming. I got a really great workout! You'll be surprised at all the muscles you have to use to stabilize yourself while wearing them. My thighs are thinner, and my butt is shaplier. Well worth the price.
By Fitz from Albuquerque, NM on 12/16/2008 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Everyday wear, Pavement, Walking Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Don't put these shoes on for the first time and expect to jump on your treadmill - you need time to adjust to the curvature of the sole. They are extremely comfortable and well made. They are heavier than any other sneaker I've worn - more like a boot but offer great support - I love them.
