Asics GEL Foundation 7 Running Shoes By Fast Fred from Lagrangeville, NY on 01/26/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Endurance Training, Pavement, Running Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The initial pair that I received were size 8 1/2 ... my normal size, but they were too small. I reordered a size 9 and that pair is great. Thanks for the prompt return of the proper size.
P.S.
I normally order New Balance 8 1/2 and I never have had a problem with them.

Disappointed, not up to Asics standards. By Joe, long time runner and triathlete. from PA on 01/26/2009 Cons: Causes Blisters, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Everyday wear, Running Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe is definitely not up to Asics standards. I have worn their shoes for 30 years and this model is the worst. I bought two pairs because they were a bargain, I doubt I will get the use out of them as expected.
