Now these are great pants! By dogstar from Augusta, GA on 12/30/2008 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The color 'pewter' was a little frightening, I'd call it khaki. I really like that my change doesn't fall out of my pocket when I sit down.

Lightweight, comfortable cargo pants. By Dylan from Edmonton, AB on 10/04/2008 Pros: Flattering, High Quality Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent pants. They are a light-weight cotton-nylon blend, so likely durable. Not especially soft, but better than usual for cotton-nylon.
The waist size and length are perfect for me. There's room to let out the legs though. If you're used to baggy cargo pants, then these will take some getting used to. The legs and "back" area are cut slimmer than I was accustomed to. They look great though, so don't dismiss them.
The cargo pockets have a snap-button top access compartment and zippered side access compartment. Top access is good for standing/walking, side access is good for sitting.
The cargo zippers are the most "stand-out" feature of the pants. While they're not especially noticeable, but I do feel I'm getting a bit old for these types of details (wow, what'll happen when I turn 30?)
As expected from Victorinox, there is a lot of detail in these pants (articulated knees, internal change/stabilizer pocket, key lanyard, the infamous two red stripes on the inside of the waistband, etc.) and outstanding construction.
