I wanted to wear it at the office, but that wasn't going to happen with the oddly placed logo patch on the sleeve. OK for casual wear, but the logo detracts too much from the look. Returned it.

Victorinox V-Neck (not my style) By John from Upstate NY on 08/04/2009 Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-oriented, I prefer plain styles, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When I opened the package and felt the soft merino wool I was pleased until I opened the sweater to find too much unwanted details in the form of contrasting Victorinox logos and Swiss emblems visible on the exterior as well as elbow wear patches and shoulder inserts that suggested these were for military rank insignia. Just too military for my taste. Otherwise knitting and quality of wool and weave was high quality. I hated to send it back ... but I did.

I had to return the medium and get a large for this sweater instead because the cut is just too tight. Fortunately, the sleeve length is exactly the same in the large as in he medium. The tag says that the original price for this is [$]. I can't imagine anyone paying that for this sweater. With the shoulder and elbow patches, it has a quasi-military look, which is interesting but limiting. The sweater is on the thin side, although not overly so. The wool is soft and appears to be of good quality. This is sweater is good for wearing on top of a long sleeve t-shirt and with jeans.
