I had to try again because the dress is so cute and flattering. The second one is better.

I usually wear U.S. 4 or Eu 6 and took an 8-fits well except waist a bit large,but good thing that I do not have a big chest nor big shoulders.I am also 5'2" and it is good length-almost to knee.

It is well above the knee, which is not great for someone who works with students 18-25 all the time.
