First off, it uses the wimpiest zipper I have ever seen on a piece of luggage. A serious travel duffel needs the heaviest coil zipper made. The zipper is also just a simple straight zipper, and this makes packing the bag a pain as the top of the bag wants to close all the time as you load it.
It also uses some pretty undersized rivets to hold the bag to the wheeled frame, and the rivets do not use anything to distribute the load over the material. On the first trip, the material started to pull free from the rivets.
I'm sorry, but this bag is all show and no go.

He will try to do something to waterproof that area.
