Ordered these for my husband. He was amazed at the amount of cushion and support. No break in required, they were comfortable for his first run. DO order up a half size.

Comments:
I buy a full size longer and 1 width narrower than my street shoes -- street shoes (my Rockports are 11EE, I buy Jepara SC in 12D). Great cushioning in heel and forefoot. Durable -- I get 700 miles out of these versus 300-400 out of other brands, even though I'm at the break point between being a "normal" and "heavy" runner (180#). I have flat feet and think the Jepara SCs need a bit more arch support. The Jepara SC is far superior to the new Jepara 2 SC in both fit and comfort. A tad heavier than other shoes but cushioning and durability make it worth the weight.

Comments:
I had ankle surgery last year and my foot swells and aches all of the time. I also have a rare form of Dystrophy which causes severe pain from the nerves. I cant believe how comfortable this shoe is. I wanted to wear them for working out only but i cant take them off! They are fantastic. I do stairclimbing for over an hour 3-4 times a week. These shoes have protected my feet being pounded very well. This is my 1st pair of ETONICs but definately NOT my last.

I use these running shoes for walking. I go for a 3 miles walk in the early AM when weather permits. If there is ice on the streets I walk at home. Felt great very first time I put them on. After my walk my feet felt great, no problem at all with these running shoes. I have no complaints with this item at all. Thanks STP for a great product and a great price too!

Comments:
Bought these shoes from Sierra after having good luck with a pair I got from a local specialty shoe store. I use it for walking(several miles per day) and everyday use. Super shoe, only downside it is a bit heavier than some other shoes. To get excellent stability and comfort - it is worth it. I bought these shoes 1/2 size larger than that for the New Balance shoes I used previously. No problem, just seem to run a bit smaller than New Balance. I recommend this shoe and the Gray-colored Jepara (weatherproof) version highly to anyone. It has much better stability and padding than the New Balance shoes I have used previously. Price from Sierra is less than half that from local shoe store. Great Deal A+ Service.
