Great curtains - I bought more By js from sunny southwest on 07/27/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these in the terracotta color which is very nice and I like the fabric. Had to let them hang for quite a while before the wrinkles came out. Directions say not to iron them. They block light and insulate extremely well, keeping out intense sun and heat. I hung them on round poles and use hold-backs (i.e., tie-backs) during the day.
Very pleased with this purchase By DianeC from Billings, MT on 07/24/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Install Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I just received these curtains and put them right up. I love the blackout/insulating properties and the moss color is beautiful. I have them on a large, west-facing bedroom window. They look stylish and darkened the room better than I expected. Can't wait to see how they perform to help keep the heat out in summer and cold out in winter. I can't afford custom window treatments these days. They were so budget friendly I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone who likes style at such a bargain!

By Bubadub from NH on 12/01/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Easy To Install Best Uses: Bedroom, Large Rooms, Small Rooms Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Put these on a large drafty window and watched the temperature in the room climb 10 degrees in less than a hour. The olive was a nice deep color.
Contemporary yet fashionable By deez from Lincoln NE on 11/24/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy To Clean, Easy To Install Best Uses: Bedroom, Small Rooms Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: For the price I'd recommend these curtains, but mount them on round poles; they'll slide easier and open further. They do block light pretty well except at the top or bottom if one purchases lengths under 84".
By midnitevet from CA on 11/22/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Easy To Install Cons: Can't be ironed, Somewhat wrinkled Describe Yourself: High-end Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the material, but I wish the wrinkles would come out. I haven't tried steaming them yet, but that's next. They are thick and have a nice, soft texture. If you want them to block daylight, get the darker colors. The light- colored ones block light from streetlights, etc., at night, but only moderately darken the room on bright days. I haven't washed them yet, so can't comment on how well they handle laundering.
