They're really quick qnd easy to put on as well as comfortable. The only downside is that they are a little heavy, but that's a testament to their stoutness.
By Fall Creeker from Ithaca, NY on 04/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip, Lightweight Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm a beginning fly fisher and not a 'man', however these men's size 7 boots work well for my women's size 8 feet. My fly fishing friend says I'll never have to know the discomfort of lower quality wading boots!
By NW Fly Fisherman from Seattle, WA on 02/17/2009 Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Don't be worried about the width. I have average width feet, and I find these boots roomy in a good way - space enough for a couple pairs of socks without losing circulation. The fit is snug in the heel and ankle, so they feel supportive, not sloppy.
I wear street shoe 8-8.5 and size 9 fits me well.
The stretchy laces are surprisingly comfortable. The boot opens wide for easy on/off.
The speed-lace hooks (vs. eyelets) are convenient, but can snag your line if you're in a boat or on the bank and don't have gravel guards on your waders.
