Great Product for a Great Price By N8TV WMN from Tahlequah, Oklahoma on 05/27/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable Stockingfoot, Easy To Take On And Off, Price for Value, Tough Material Cons: Legs are too long for me Best Uses: Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great product from a reliable American company. I will be fishing about 50 or more days a year for trout, smallmouth, largemouth and perch. Waders are breathable, flexible, sturdy but not heavy. Stockingfoot fits comfortably not to tight or to big. The leg length is long for me but that is my body shape.

By Jbwilkeuph from Massachusetts on 03/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Easy To Take On And Off, Tough Material Best Uses: Cold Water, Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: An awesome deal for awesome waders! After trying on some other womens Xl waders that were extremely short (I am about 5 10, 180lbs) I was freaked out and ordered the xxl... The legnth was awesome but they were huge on top. I know have the xl and am pleased. I know that the tops of womens waders have to be big... Darn hips... The xls are still big on top but better... Let's face it I'll always have a vest on and will not be looking for a date on the river! Really nice waders from a really nice company.
Nice wader for short people By Trout Dude from Aspen/Basalt, Colorado on 01/27/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Easy To Take On And Off, Good Footing, I'm 5'8, Tough Material Best Uses: Cold Water, Fly Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm 5'8" 200lb man with a size 8 shoe. I bought the XL womens and the feet fit right for the first time ever and the legs are not to long. It is hard to find a wader in my size. I must be shaped like a big woman.
By Steelhead fisherman from Pennsylvania on 01/11/2009 Pros: Breathable, Tough Material Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The waders were 38" long for a 32" inseam. This not right. Another review said hers were supposed to be 5" longer than her inseam. Should be around 1" I measured some waders that fit correctly. 5" or 6" longer? come on now.
By VF from Woodinville, WA on 11/09/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Easy To Take On And Off, Tough Material Best Uses: Cold Water, Fly Fishing, Freshwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Casual Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am new to fly fishing - my fly fishing instructor recommended Simms as the best you can buy and I was thrilled to come home from class and see top of the line Simms womens' waders for sale on STP. I have never used waders before this; these feel big but I have no experence with other waders to compare against. I bought the smallest size that STP had available - an XL, which, according to the Simms website size chart, was the correct choice for me and when i compare the actual measurements of the waders to my measurements, there is an allowance of about 3". The legs are baggy, but I have a 32" inseam and I've read that waders should be at least 5" longer than your inseam; these are 38" so again I assume the bagginess is to be expected due to that length allowance. I realize that the waders also need to allow for movement and for extra clothes underneath. Based on these observations, even though I said they feel large I'm not really sure they would be considered so. I wear a size 7.5-8.5 shoe (depending on the brand); the neoprene booties felt long until I put on some heavy cushy socks and stuffed everything into the wading boots - at that point, they didn't feel as long anymore :-), just comfortable. For the price I paid for them, they are an incredible deal. Suffice to say they are easy to get into and comfortable to wear; the incorporated side waist belts are great, very easy to use, and they have the roomy 2 zip front inside pouch for keys, license, money, etc. These are very well constructed and great looking waders with the built in heavy duty gravel guards on the fronts of the legs. Overall, a great product that I expect to get a lot of use from. They also come with a repair kit and patches. What more could you want? (I bought a pair of Korkers wading boots from STP at the same time)
