By Isabelle from Boulder, CO on 08/06/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight Cons: They do run a bit big - Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Running/Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They feel great. I love the back design - it's very sporty. I got a size 6, and it is little bigger than expected, but not an impediment and actually very comfortable for intense hiking.
Nice Material, runs large By Swim Mom from Northeast Florida on 07/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Running/Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts were a great length, material and style. However, they do run big, and with the stretch, that would lead to an unflattering shape (on me, anyway). Another point to note is that there is gray trim(on the black pair)on the back pockets, at the waist, and on the side vent. Had they been solid black, I would probably have exchanged for the next size down. As is, the gray took away from the overall appearance enough to make me say no.

By Hooligan from Durham, NC on 04/20/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Running/Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love these shorts. The first pair I ordered was too big, had to order down a size from what I normally wear. The shorts look great and are really light weight. My only complaint is the snaps on the side can get stuck under a backpack waist strap.
