Very good for the price range By Shtinkypuppie from Torrance, CA on 06/28/2009 Pros: Easy to adjust, Flexible, Lightweight, Strong Cons: Caused blisters, Rough Straps Best Uses: Backpacking, Car Camping, Day trip, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are pretty good poles considering the low price. The straps are a bit rough and blistered a little on the first trip; I got a pair of glove liners and haven't had any trouble since. If you insist on hiking bare-handed you might go upmarket for a more comforable strap, but otherwise these are a good value.
