In that sense they're not a classic shoe you'd automatically wear easily with a suit, and they end up looking a bit too dressy for work but maybe too casual for dress wear. I ended up sending them back mostly because they were a little big, though. And the strap across the instep was way too loose (I have a narrow foot). But they seemed comfortable for the little time I wore them.

The two pairs I received were different from the ones I own. They were very small and the material was very stiff. Had to return them.

I can't tell if they are actually too small and narrow, or if they are hard to slip my feet into because of the diagonal strap, but I just couldn't even put these on!
Also, the soles were sloppily glued on, and a glob of glue oozed out one side and hardened. Ugh!
