By acorn from Ohio on 01/03/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Foot hugging, Good material, Warm Best Uses: Anytime socks, Cool weather, Icy Conditions, Powder, Slushy Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for myself as I already have a pair of Bridgedale women's socks. They are my favorite socks. I have some arthritis pain in my feet, but not much when I wear my Bridgedale socks. I find that the woven areas that target key points on the foot are what make them so comfortable. It's like a foot massage all day. The fact that they have the merino wool in them helps to keep bacteria away and keep the feet fresh smelling. I never have "stinky feet" when I wear my Bridgedales. They also wear very well. I will continue to buy their socks from Sierra.
