I have sweaty feet, these are still a bit hot, but better than fully waterproof boots. (the leather on these is waterproof, the mesh panels are not)
They did a good job at keeping debris out.
Comfortable except for the seam at the top of my heel, on the right boot it rubs too much. I get a couple hours out of them before it's bothersome.
