poor fit not true to size By professional on a budget from Hawaii on 10/27/2009 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wanted to use these as work pants (for the work place).
By Jane from St. Louis, MO on 10/21/2009 Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They look like a quality product but I had to return the slacks. I bought one size larger than I normally wear and they were still a little too snug to be comfortable.
By tallulah from Minnesota on 08/31/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was delighted to see that these slacks were available in petite sizes; I ordered my usual size, 4P, but when they arrived they were too small. The slacks were very well made and the colors were great (I ordered them in sage and toffee), so I exchanged them for the next size up -- and they fit well. They are a nice mid-weight, are very flattering, and are washable. A VERY good deal, as long as you order up a size (and your legs/calves aren't too thick, since the pant legs are slim).
By heartbroken from woodbury MN on 07/08/2009 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Packable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I loved the style, the fabric and colors of these pants. But they were a tiny bit too tight--just small enough that I could almost convince myself that they fit. I am size small in other TravelSmitth pants and I ordered 8s here--they were just too conforming in the seat and thigh. If you have skinny legs they should be good for you.
impossible to fit properly By the traveler from san francisco, CA on 07/08/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought the time had come to purchase TravelSmith products. I found the material much too heavy. In addition, size 6 was too small, size 8 too big. I was very disappointed and returned both pair.
By ccroww from VA on 06/20/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Cons: Long for petit length, Small waist for size Best Uses: Casual business, Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like these slacks, although waist is a bit tight for the size --fortunately for me, not a real concern, but it could be for others. Despite designation as "petite length," I needed to turn them up a bit. The construction & material are good, they move and drape well and feel wonderful. Pants wash and look great afterward. No wrinkle when worn or washed. They're dressy enough for work with a suitable top and comfortable enough for travel and leisure.
By foxtail from Kennett Square, PA on 06/04/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Packable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The size is incorrect. I am 5'4". I bought 6P sage and toffee, 8P toffee. Sage fit right and toffee was too small. 8P in Toffee was like 6P and just fit me well. '
It is P but I have to cut 1 inch off. It is too long as Pattie.
I like the mint color sage. Fabric is soft and easy to care. I would recommend but try vary size to find your size.

Great as basic for travel.
Comfortable.
By grammieD from Portland, OR on 05/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Care, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for travel and they'll be perfect. I love the fabric - easy care, soft, and attractive. They are tight in the waist so I moved the hook over. Otherwise they fit beautifully. They will work for dressy occasions too.
By Shorty from Seattle, WA on 04/23/2009 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very nice fabric, but seems odd not to have a waistband. These slacks match the blazer from Travel Smith perfectly.
