By Anne from Birmingham, Alabama on 04/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight, machine washable, Versatile Cons: Odd pocket placement, Scratchy Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The jacket will be a good travel jacket for business casual, as it doesn't show wrinkles and can be washed easily. The pockets are hard to use and change the drape of the jacket.
By Laura the travel gal from Philadelphia on 03/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Creates an ensemble effec, Daily Use, Travel Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Color is mis-advertised as Eggplant, which I would interpret as deep purple. Color is closer to lavender, not what I really wanted...kind of washed out.

Lots of pros but doesn't stretch By sparklepup from Pittsburgh, PA on 03/03/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Pros: Nice looking, good colors, packs small, low price.
Neutral: Fits 1 size too big, so just buy smaller.

each color has different fit By exercisejunkie from branchville,nj on 02/20/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Versatile Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered two different colors of this jacket. Each was sized differently. The green had to be sent back. I kept the purple. This is a thin polyester jacket that looks better unbuttoned (on me). The overall styling is appealing. It washes well in cold water (front loader) and irons up easily. It was worth the heavily discounted price. After reading the reviews noting the inconsistent sizing between the different colors, I guess I was lucky to get one out of two. Too bad, the green was a nice shade. The 3 stars reflects the verdict for the jacket that I kept not taking into account the one I returned.

The fabric is light and silky and also prettier than the picture.

nice combination of casual and dressy By joatmts from western NC on 01/31/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: a useful basic warm-weather blazer. Fabric a little stiffer than I had expected (hoped). I bought Travelsmith pants in the same color (purple), they were softer fabric with no pattern but they coordinate nicely.
