The best trail running shoes that I have found to date.Mine were supposed to be waterproof(gore-tex) but they leak like a sieve once they are wet.Still love them except for that.

Squeaky shoes

Comments:
Lace system is very stiff to manipulate due to slide piece, but ok once you become familiar. Squeaky sound evident with every step. Otherwise, shoe seems durable, comfortable, and fits a narrow foot well.

They are great, light weighted and breathable. Though a bit too cold for Australian winter but when the weather will change they will be perfect.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. In the past he always wore Merrell Hiking Boots, now he has not put on boots since he got these. They are comfortable from day one. We have very rocky terrain and these shoes are like walking barefoot but with cushions on the bottom of your feet. Very lightweight. Support is great except he misses the ankle support of the boots. He uses them for every day wear not running. Color is funky but oh well! Great shoe with a great price.

This is a very good shoe for all terrains. Excellent sole and foot bed for a light weight shoe. The shoe would have rated better if Merrell had a decent Speed Lace System!

Great shoe for running on rugged trails. Brought 1/2 size up and fit is good. Pull laces sometimes need to be adjusted during workout.
