Comments: Biking, casual hiking, everyday use. These particular Smartwool socks did shrink a bit in washing, but passed them from husband to myself and I love them. Have not had trouble with other Smartwool socks shrinking. We rarely wear any other brands of socks now. Smartwool are so comfortable.

Comments: I'm used to my pearl Izumi attack socks but have heard good things about smart wool. I'm not displeased, but when riding in hot weather they get pretty hot. Excelent on cooler days when its still too warm to bundle up in all the micro fleece you own, but cold enough for arm warmers...

Comments: Socks are an excellent weight for cycling, not too thick, not too thin. Also there is no crazy stitching on the body of the sock stuck between foot and shoe.
Another great SmartWoll sock
