I could tell they were not going to last. I kept the pair I had opened- because I felt bad sending that one back, unusable to Sierra Trading, but I sent the other 3 pair I bought back. Save your money- buy a thicker sock that will last- unless you want a very thin sock that probably isn't durable.
I was very happy with the B. Ella socks. They were thick AND pretty.

They keep my feet warm and toastly. I have bought several pair which is easy to do with Sierra Trading Post prices!

They are not as warm as most wool socks but warmer than most dressy socks.

The sole is nice and thick but the rest of the sock is much thinner like a dressy trouser sock! They are perfect for cold weather wear when you still want to remain stylish.
